With the Telemarketing Centre Premium you use the maximum efficiency of your call centre. Use all possibilities, which offers the INTRACALL technologies for you today. Constructing on the basis CTI you have in the Premium version the same modules, power dialer, discussion manual, home office integration and task manager as in the Comfort version.
Beyond that the Premium version has an efficient Predictive Dialer. The Predictive Dialer develops the discussions automatically with consideration of different parameters (among other things number of available agents, accessibility ratio, duration of the discussion, time of the structure of discussion). The Predictive Dialer selects automatically so many data records, as with consideration of above parameters for a certain time are needed, in order to work the agents optimally.
The fine meshing of front-end (scripting guide) and back-end (INTRACALL server) produces a considerably more exact prediction than in separate systems. If a certain point has been reached during a call, for instance when the agent has completed 95% of the scripting guide just before order finalization, then the probability is extremely high that the call will be terminated within the next minute. This prediction is basically superior to empirical systems since it can be seen directly at the script at the front-end that the call is about to be terminated. |
